Orders are processed within 1 working day and usually arrive within 7 days, anywhere in Malaysia. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Shipping is free! We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered anywhere in Malaysia, and orders usually arrive within 7 days. We currently ship within Malaysia only, and overnight or international delivery isn’t available. You’ll always see your full order total at checkout before you pay. Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final, so we can’t take back an item because you’ve changed your mind. We will sort it out with a refund, replacement or exchange if:

  • you received the wrong item
  • the item doesn’t match its description on our website
  • the item arrived damaged or defective
  • your order took longer than the delivery time in our Shipping Policy

Email us at street.access@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your order number, a description of the issue, photos, and an unboxing video that starts before the parcel is opened. We accept credit/debit card, online banking, and e-wallets

Yes! Add gift wrapping at checkout for RM5 per order. We’ll wrap your items in kraft paper with a ribbon, and you can add a short handwritten message for the recipient. Prices are hidden from the parcel when gift wrapping is selected.
